As a citizen of the U.S., I was initially concerned about being treated in any hospital other than in the U.S.  Don’t misunderstand me, I have nothing against Mexico, but my first premonition would be to be treated at home. Having said that and having been treated by you and your staff, I have since changed my opinion.  Not only was I very satisfied with the care and attention given to me, I now have as much confidence in your Medical Facilities as I do for those in my country.

However, no matter how impressed I was with the facility and its’ staff, I was more impressed with your expertise and the personal attention that you showed to me.  I was also very impressed by the fact that you took the time away from your own personal affairs to care for me.

Not only did you put me at ease and make me comfortable, but you relieved my anxiety by performing the catheterization on Saturday and following up on Sunday, rather than have me wait until Monday for the procedure to begin.

In addition to resolving the problem at hand, you also made me aware that my medication regimen was in conflict with my COPD condition.  I will forever be indebted to you for both resolving my problem and discovering my medication conflict.  I intend to address this issue with both by my Cardiologist and Pulmonologist.  I have all the confidence in the world in you, your staff and your facility.  Keep up the good work.

Your friend,

Jim G
