In January, 2016, I weighed an all-time high of 330 pounds. As you can imagine, my health was very poor. It was then that I met Dr. Rafael Moguel at CMC in Cozumel, Mexico. Arrived home to Alberta late Monday Feb 02/09. Very long day however all went well. Connential Airline service was excellent.
Went through customs etc. without problems.
When we arrived at our home all of us were very tired. We went to bed and I slept 4-5 hours without waking. This was wonderful.

I have told all my friends about our experience in Cozumel at your Medical Facility there, and told them despite what they may hear about Mexican medical facilities, the one we stayed was of high quality.
We were given top notch service and the personnel could not have been nicer. The facility was very clean and orderly and I have told friends that if they had a choice between an emergency in Cozumel and somewhere else that the facility in Cozumel wins hands down. Most of the personnel were bi-lingual and that is very important to Americans as most do not speak Spanish. We felt that the Cardiologist knew what he was doing and was able to save my husband’s life. That is the most important thing to give kuddos to your facility, for without the knowledge my husband may not be alive today. WE will forever be grateful to Dr. Miguel for his above and beyond the call of duty to contact us when we got back home. This is certainly Above and Beyond the call of duty. WE have spoken with frineds who had the same issues in Europe and the facility they stayed in was not at all comfortable to them. Well we finally made it home on the 21st the Dr.s in fl said you all did a great job and my Dr.s at home said the same thank you for all the help and care you gave now all I need to do is rest and get my strength back. I am home now in New Hampshire. The snow on the ground is unbelievable, and it is just Beginning to melt.
I am feeling better and better every day. I see my primary care doctor tomorrow morning, and my heart doctor the following week. I have gone into atrial fibrulation since Feb 26 and am now on Eloquis medication to thin my blood.
I was extremely pleased with the care I received from you and have you to thank that I am alive today and can write to you. I can’t thank youy enough. As to your staff I am still thinking about and will respond to you when I am feeling and thinking much better.
