Endovascular Laser Treatment
Varicose disease in legs and hemorrhoids are caused by irreversible malfunctioning of the internal valves of veins.
This causes the veins to swell, presenting different shapes such as bulking or winding. This happens with all varicose veins, either in the legs or in the hemorrhoidal area.

The risk factors associated with the onset of varicose veins or their worsening are:
- Heredity
- Female gender
- Pregnancy
- Aging
- Obesity
- Standing for long periods of time
- Direct injuries in the affected area
- Low-fiber diet
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Constipation
- Changes in lifestyle
The common symptoms in legs are of three types:
- Physical
- Tired legs
- Heavy legs
- Itchy or burning pain
- Visual
- May manifest as a winding vein
- Small veins, red or blue colored, that look like a spider
- Swelling in the lower leg, with or without serum weeping on the skin
- Long-term consequences
- Intensive swelling
- Changes in skin coloration
- Skin ulcers
- Bleeding
In hemorrhoids, many of these symptoms may be present, but the associated risks also include fistulae, constipation and infections.
The old approach for the treatment of varicose veins is major surgery, which involves stripping the veins through surgical incisions. This surgery is uncomfortable, painful, mildly incapacitating, and it leaves scars.
The most modern and efficient approach for eliminating varicose veins in legs and hemorrhoids is endovenous laser treatment. This procedure is performed by introducing a thin fiber along the varicose vein in the leg or in the hemorrhoid, causing a dehydration of the tissues of the vein without wounds, hospitalization, pain, scars or any incapacity after the procedure.
This procedure has been demonstrated to be 98% effective in all the research studies to date.
Immediately after the procedure has ended, you can walk and do all your usual activities.
You can stop the pain today.
